If you’re just starting out in the MLM industry, the following 5 MLM tips have helped me create massive success in this industry. I know if you take the following MLM tips to heart you will reduce your learning curve and hit your targets faster! Try ‘em out!
MLM Tip # 1 - Efficiency
MLM is a business where in 1-3 years you could have millions if you work the system properly. In order to hit that multiple 6 and 7 figure mark you need to work with efficiency. Remember that it is only 20% of what you do that yield you 80% of your results.
Figure out what those high yield tasks are – in my own business that is expanding my marketing campaigns and following up with prospects who have requested information – what is it for your business?
Once you have figured it out make sure you execute those tasks with regularity. What I suggest you do is talk to your mentor and find out the fastest most profitable way to build your business – having an efficient strategy is key.
MLM Tip # 2 - Clear Vision
You must know where you want to go long term in order to carry you through short term disappointments and obstacles.
That means you have to know exactly what you want to accomplish.
With my new associates, during our initial strategy session, 48 hours into the business I ask them where they see themselves 6 months from now, and then 12 months from now.
They need to understand this long term vision or the eventual ups and downs of the business (all businesses have them) will take them out. To succeed you need to be here for the long haul and that means being committed to your end goal – the end vision.
MLM Tip # 3 - Always expand your marketing.
You have to have more than one marketing avenue that is working for you. If not, once your one successful avenue dries up, you are left with nothing.

MLM Tip # 4 - As part of the lucky population that works from home, we need to set and limit our working hours.
Freedom is one thing that MLM businesses can give you but if you don’t know when to walk away from your work at the end of the day you are headed for trouble. Just like anything in life, balance is key.
So again set time aside for work but do not consume your entire. This is one of the things that took us a long time to learn and we had to run ourselves ragged before finally understanding the importance of this tip.
Just for your info, did you know that for every 1 day you take off you have 18 days of increased productivity? It’s true! So when you are tempted to work all day long, 7 days a week since your office is just steps away, you are going to be hurting your productivity in the long run.
Moreover, it is a known fact that people are more productive when we limit our working hours. When we have a shorter period of time to work, we have more focus and work with more efficiency. In contrast, if you have the whole day to work with, most people slack off and find other distractions.
MLM Tip # 5 - Help other people.
Remember that though your success is always dependent on you, in MLM businesses especially, a large part of your success is helping build a team of successful entrepreneurs. In your organization make sure to support the people you bring into the business and the effort you take to do that will reward you a hundred fold.

The Big Question... What Is Multi-Level Marketing and Why Are People Making So Much Money?
In the last several years, being a top trainer in the home business industry, I often get the question – what is multilevel marketing?
Well, the simplest way to explain multilevel marketing is to start by saying it is one type of business compensation plan found in the booming home business industry.
The mistake happens when everyone thinks all home businesses are multilevel marketing businesses, because many are not.
In fact, in the home business industry, there are many types of business models including Direct Sales (which I participate in and find extremely lucrative) but most people’s first exposure to the idea of working from home is the multi level marketing model so they assume that every company is a multilevel marketing company.
But folks I think the real question is not what is multilevel marketing, but whether working from home is right for you?
Now if you are looking to change your finance future and want to make more money, many people flock to home businesses and multi level marketing because statistics show that people who work from home make more money than most people who work at an outside job.
In fact, their incomes far outweigh those in the general workforce.
Many people in the industry make between $10-$20K per month and this is in less than a year – that often translates to between $100K-$200K per year.
Now the only question you need to ask yourself is whether you have the drive, the initiative and the two pillars of success “consistency and persistence” in order to work for yourself. Do you have the winning attitude to make it here because I can tell you the “I’ll try it out and see what happens” attitude will not work in this industry – you need to trust yourself and your ability to make this work for you and your family.
If you do, the sky is the limit.
For example, do you prefer working at night? Or do you prefer working in during the day? Do you like to take your afternoons off to go golfing or do you like to work late? Well, if you have what it takes to work for yourself, whatever your heart’s desire you can achieve because the money is there for the taking in the industry, all you need is the drive, a good company and a great mentor to teach you the ropes.
And the best part is you will be accountable to yourself - You heard me right. You can work whenever you want. Yes! You will be the boss. You’ll be working for yourself and finally are being paid what you are worth.
So if the answer is that you have the entrepreneurial spirit to pursue a home business and you have the traits like diligence, persistence and responsibility to see yourself succeed, then do your due diligence. There are many companies and compensation plans out there and you have to find one that you feel comfortable with and will afford you the biggest return on your investment.
And remember that you will only be as good as your mentor so make sure that in choosing home business, you choose to join a mentor who is knowledgeable and can act as your guidance system through you new venture. Good Luck!
